Prime Line Agency was built around the careers of professional ballroom and Latin dancers, the discipline our founders came from. Founded in 2018, we have built a roster of more than 200 vetted performers and secured 180+ successful placements across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, the Caribbean and the Americas.
Before founding the agency, our founders spent more than a decade working as professional dancers and choreographers, living the same life as the talents we represent. We know the excitement of the stage, the discipline behind every performance, and also the uncertainty that often comes with this profession.
We do not look at dancers as profiles in a database — we see real people with dreams, ambitions, and unique stories. For us, every contract we secure for a talent feels like our own contract.
Every artist we represent is evaluated personally before we put them forward. We handle auditions, negotiations, visas, travel and logistics, and stay involved once the contract is running.

Casting Manager & Co-Founder
Former professional ballroom dancer and choreographer. Appeared on Dancing With The Stars, performed with Burn The Floor and in London's West End with Heartbeat of Home. Co-creator of Ballroom Theatre. As Casting Manager, she leads artist selection and manages communication with artists and clients from the first brief through contracts, visa documentation, travel and onboarding.
COO & Co-Founder
Former professional ballroom dancer and choreographer. Appeared on Dancing With The Stars, worked with Burn The Floor and performed in London's West End with Heartbeat of Home. As COO, he leads agency operations and develops the agency's talent management, casting and B2B systems.
