For Our Artists
Joining our roster is the start of a long-term relationship — not a one-off booking. Here is what we deliver alongside every contract.
We negotiate fees, dates and conditions on your behalf, review every contract before you sign and protect your interests through the engagement.
Seafarer visas, work permits, joining-port logistics, flights and replacement coordination — handled end to end so you arrive ready to perform.
We advise on career trajectory, repertoire and stage presence, and match you with productions that move you forward — not just the next available slot.
The Process
Fill out our online application form. Include your full name, dance specialization, years of experience, nationality, and links to your best performance videos. Professional photos are also encouraged.
Our team personally reviews every submission. We evaluate your technique, stage presence, performance quality and overall suitability for our client base. This typically takes 2–4 weeks.
Shortlisted candidates may be invited for a video call interview or asked to submit additional performance materials. In some cases, we arrange in-person auditions for specific productions.
Accepted artists join our active roster. We begin matching you with suitable contracts and productions. Once a match is made, we handle all negotiations, contracts, and logistics on your behalf.
