We respond to every casting brief within 24 hours. Once we understand the venue, show format and dates, we begin matching acts from our roster and come back with a curated shortlist — complete with performance reels and CVs.

A headline show (45 minutes) is a full evening performance in the main theatre or venue — the centrepiece of the entertainment schedule. A pop-up or bumper performance (typically 3 sets of around 15 minutes each) takes place across different areas of a venue throughout the day or evening, creating atmosphere and variety. Both formats are in demand and can be combined within a single booking.

A fly-on/fly-off engagement is a short-term booking where the act joins for a defined period — typically one week — rather than a long resident contract. It's a popular format for headline acts with a self-contained, production-ready show, and works well for productions that need an act for a single voyage or event window rather than a multi-month residency.

Our primary focus is dance entertainment: acrobatic salsa couples, Latin ballroom couples, and larger Latin & salsa show companies with multiple couples. We also represent other professional dance specialists and, for the right brief, are open to high-quality specialty acts.

Yes. Every proposal we send includes recent performance reels and a full CV, so you can assess the act's format, production values and stage presence before any audition is scheduled.
