Prime Line Agency is an international talent agency representing professional dancers, performers and creative artists, connecting them with high-level productions worldwide — including television, cruise lines, theatre, international tours, and corporate events.

Prime Line Agency was founded by Vitali Kozmin and Valeria Milova — both former professional ballroom dancers with over a decade of international career experience. They have appeared on Dancing With The Stars, performed with Burn The Floor, and in London's West End with Heartbeat of Home. Together they also created Ballroom Theatre — Estonia's first exclusive professional ballroom dance show. Having lived the life of a professional performer firsthand, they built the agency they always wished existed.

We work with ballroom, Latin and Salsa dancers, but also artists from many other dance styles — stage performers, choreographers and teachers with experience in professional productions for cruise ships, theatre, television, corporate events and live entertainment worldwide.

Prime Line Agency offers full talent placement services — including cruise line show dancer and guest entertainer positions, television and variety show appearances, corporate event bookings, theatre touring productions, and international entertainment contracts for ballroom and Latin dancers.

Performers can apply via the online application form on our website. Our team reviews every application personally — the full evaluation process typically takes 2–4 weeks. Shortlisted candidates are invited for an online or in-person meeting, and if the fit is right, added to our active talent database with their professional profile and media materials.

No — joining Prime Line Agency is completely free. There are no registration fees, upfront charges, or hidden costs for artists. Prime Line Agency is a commission-based agency: we earn a percentage of the contract value from the production company or client. This means our interests are fully aligned with yours — we only succeed when you do.

We represent a wide range of formats: professional ballroom and Latin couples, solo dancers, dance groups and ensembles of all sizes, Guest Entertainers with their own headline 45-minute shows, and acrobatic salsa couples. Whether you perform solo or as part of a duo or group, we welcome your application as long as your experience meets our professional standards.

Prime Line Agency maintains active relationships with all major international cruise brands worldwide — spanning mainstream, premium and luxury lines. Our established partners include Royal Caribbean, Princess Cruises, Ambassador Cruise Line, TUI Cruises and Tallink Silja Line, and we continue to expand our network globally.

We personally review every application, with the full evaluation typically completed within 2–4 weeks. After the review, we may request additional materials or schedule a video call. For cruise line contracts, the full process from application to contract signing typically takes 4–12 weeks. For event bookings, it can be as quick as 2–4 weeks.
