Prime Line Agency is an international talent agency representing professional dancers, performers and creative artists, connecting them with high-level productions worldwide — including television, cruise lines, theatre, international tours, and corporate events.

Prime Line Agency was founded by Vitali Kozmin and Valeria Milova — both former professional ballroom dancers with over a decade of international career experience. They have appeared on Dancing With The Stars, performed with Burn The Floor, and in London's West End with Heartbeat of Home. Together they also created Ballroom Theatre — Estonia's first exclusive professional ballroom dance show. Having lived the life of a professional performer firsthand, they built the agency they always wished existed.

We work with ballroom, Latin and Salsa dancers, but also artists from many other dance styles — stage performers, choreographers and teachers with experience in professional productions for cruise ships, theatre, television, corporate events and live entertainment worldwide.

We offer full talent placement services — including cruise line show dancer and guest entertainer positions, television and variety show appearances, corporate event bookings, theatre touring productions, and international entertainment contracts for ballroom and Latin dancers. We also create original production shows, from concept to opening night.

We work worldwide. While we are based in Tallinn, Estonia, our placements span Europe, the Middle East, Asia, the Caribbean and the Americas. We maintain an international network of production companies, cruise lines and event organizers, and our team operates across time zones to serve both artists and clients globally.

We maintain active relationships with all major international cruise brands worldwide — spanning mainstream, premium and luxury lines. Our established partners include Royal Caribbean, Princess Cruises, Ambassador Cruise Line, TUI Cruises and Tallink Silja Line, and we continue to expand our network globally.

Artists choose us because we treat performers as individuals, not database entries. We work only with verified, reputable clients, operate with full transparency on fees and terms, and offer genuine career development support. We understand the performer's life firsthand — because we've lived it.

Performers can apply via the online application form on our website. Our team reviews every application personally — the evaluation usually takes 2–3 business days and no longer than one week. Shortlisted candidates are invited for an online or in-person meeting, and if the fit is right, added to our active talent database with their professional profile and media materials.

We review every application personally. If your profile fits our work, we invite you to a video call — we get to know almost every artist we represent this way. The conversation often tells us things an application can't, and that helps us find the right contract for you.

Two. Each partner submits their own application and names their partner in the form. We create a profile for each dancer and evaluate the couple together.

No — joining Prime Line Agency is free. There are no registration fees, upfront charges or hidden costs for artists. We are commission-based and earn only when an artist is placed on a contract. Commission terms depend on the contract and are always agreed before you sign.

We represent a wide range of formats: professional ballroom and Latin couples, solo dancers, dance groups and ensembles of all sizes, Guest Entertainers with their own headline 45-minute shows, and acrobatic salsa couples. Whether you perform solo or as part of a duo or group, we welcome your application as long as your experience meets our professional standards.

The application form asks for at least 3–4 links to competition, show or rehearsal videos. Please share them as Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox or other cloud links: we download every video and host it on our own servers, which avoids YouTube restrictions, blocked or removed videos and regional limits. If your videos are on YouTube, download them and upload the files to cloud storage. Use YouTube links only if you can't provide downloadable files.

We personally review every application, usually within 2–3 business days and no longer than one week. After the review, we may request additional materials or schedule a video call. For cruise line contracts, the full process from application to contract signing typically takes 4–12 weeks. Event bookings usually move faster than cruise contracts. In the entertainment industry, opportunities don't wait — and neither do we.

Castings open throughout the year, and we contact artists directly when a contract matches their profile, so a quiet period doesn't mean we've forgotten you. You don't need to reapply. If your videos, partner or availability change, send us an update at info@primelineagency.com.

We recruit year-round and match artists from our talent base, so we don't publish regular openings. When a contract has to be filled quickly, we post it on our urgent castings page with dates, itinerary and salary. Either way, the first step is our application form.

Yes, at least basic conversational English. Most employers we work with require it.

In most cases, the performer. Pre-employment medicals and work visas are usually at the artist's expense. Requirements depend on the employer and the contract; we explain them before you accept an offer and guide you through the paperwork.

The employer pays the salary stated in your contract. Declaring that income and paying tax on it is your responsibility, and it depends on your tax residency and how much time you spend on board. This varies case by case, so please check with an accountant or your local tax office — we can't give tax advice.

Production companies and event organizers come to us for insider knowledge of the entertainment industry, built over a decade of firsthand experience. We have long-term relationships with major producers, take a careful approach to artist selection, and provide comprehensive support throughout every project — from contracts and communication to logistics and documentation.

Yes. We can move quickly when a start date is close or an artist drops out. If we already have artists who fit the brief, a shortlist can be ready within hours, and we coordinate travel to the joining port.

Many of our artists already hold STCW certification. We request certificates, visas and other documents from every artist in advance, so we can tell you quickly who is ready for your contract and itinerary.

Through our B2B platform. Every artist has a full profile there: performance video, photos, CV, roles covered, and current visas and certifications. We host the videos ourselves, so profiles still play where YouTube or social media are blocked.

Yes. We create original production shows for cruise ship theaters, stages and live events — the full production from concept to opening night, or any part of it, such as choreography or casting.
